By booking a holiday with Peter Bull Holiday Resorts Ltd, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions outlined below:
When booking a holiday with us, there will be a contract between yourself and Peter Bull Holiday Resorts Ltd. The person making the booking accepts the contract on behalf of all members detailed within the booking and is responsible for making sure they adhere to our booking terms and conditions.
Peter Bull Holiday Resorts Ltd. operate family parks, catering for couples and families only. We do not accept all male, all female or mixed groups unless by prior arrangement. Even numbered mixed parties will only be accepted at the management’s discretion and a security deposit may be required. You will need to contact Reception directly to organise this. Peter Bull Holiday Resorts Ltd. has the right to cancel any type of booking at any time if prior agreement has not been made.
Deposits & Paying your Balance:
A deposit of 20% of the value of your booking is required at the point of booking. For holiday caravan bookings, a minimum deposit of £50 is required.
Your balance due must be paid 42 days (6 weeks) prior to your arrival as detailed on your booking invoice. Bookings that fall within a 42 day period prior to your arrival will require payment in full at time of booking. Please note, if your balance or deposit due is not paid by the date detailed on your booking form, we will assume that you wish to cancel your holiday and may re-sell the holiday to another customer.
Your booking will be made in accordance with the details confirmed at the time of booking. Your booking will be non-transferable. If you wish to make an alteration to your booking we will, within reason, endeavour to accommodate your request but no guarantee can be given. An administration fee of £20 will be charged for making any alterations to your booking and increased rates may apply for altered accommodation and or timings. Once a contract has been made it cannot be transferred to anyone else or changed without our agreement. If you would like to upgrade the type of your accommodation booked and pay for any additional costs, we will of course aim to facilitate.
If you the customer cancel your holiday:
If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, even in exceptional circumstances, all payments that have already been paid would be non-refundable.
Whilst we understand you may be faced with unexpected circumstances forcing you to cancel your holiday booking, we strongly advise that you obtain your own personal travel or holiday insurance to cover you against any potential financial loss in these circumstances.
If the holiday park need to alter or amend your holiday booking:
In extreme circumstances we may need to alter, amend or possible cancel your holiday booking. If we do so, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be offered a full refund or an alternative holiday. Refunds or any alternative holiday offered are only valid when Peter Bull Holiday Resorts is forced to alter, amend or cancel your holiday booking.
Special Offers & Promotions:
Please ask when making a booking if there are any promotional offers available. We are sorry but we cannot alter or amend a booking once it has been made. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and are limited to one per booking.
Children must be supervised at all times, including during children’s activities, clubs and entertainment programmes. You should take particular care and supervision around the swimming pool areas and roadways.
Use of your Holiday Caravan:
Only those people listed on your booking can occupy the accommodation and use the facilities on-park. If this legal requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave with no refund made. If you have any friends who wish to visit you during your stay, please see the Reception Manager.
Our holiday caravans are strictly non-smoking. As per government legislation, it is illegal to smoke inside enclosed public buildings, therefore outside smoking areas are provided around our parks. We cannot guarantee smoke free accommodation or any holiday caravan to be allergy free.
You are liable for any damage caused to your holiday caravan during the period of hire and may be charged should this occur. If it is not practical or possible, we retain the right to enter your accommodation without prior notice should special circumstances or emergencies arise, for example if repairs need to be carried out. All guests are expected to treat our holiday caravans and park facilities with care so that others may continue to enjoy them. Any accidental damage must be reported to Reception immediately in order to make necessary repairs or replacements as soon as possible. All holiday caravans will be inspected at the end of a stay.
Use of your Touring Pitch:
Only those people listed on the booking confirmation can occupy your pitch and use the facilities of on-park. If this legal requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund made. One tourer, motorhome or tent only is permitted per pitch measuring 6m x 6m. For larger units, please contact the park you are visiting. The total number in your party must not exceed the capacity of the pitch as advertised by Peter Bull Resorts Ltd. We cannot accept working vehicles on our parks; this includes pickup trucks, vans, open back trucks or any commercial vehicles.

Arrival & Departure:
The usual check-in time is 12 noon for Camping and 4.00pm for Caravans (subject to unavoidable delays). We ask that you vacate accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure. Guests arriving early are welcome to check in and enjoy park facilities until their accommodation is ready. If you expect to arrive after 7:00pm please let the park know in order to arrange key collection. NO CHECK-IN AFTER 10:00PM. For non-arrivals, unless the park is previously notified, accommodation unclaimed by 8.00am on the day after your holiday start date will be treated as a cancelled booking and the accommodation may be re-let. You are obliged to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition and you are responsible for any damage done or loss encountered during your stay.
Special requests do not form part of the booking. No compensation can be offered if we are unable to fulfil any special requests. However, we will do our best to for fill any special requests requested if possible.
We have a number of holiday caravans specifically designated for customers bringing pets in order to maintain levels of hygiene and prevent illness from those with pet allergies. Most dogs are welcome in these caravans and on the park. We allow guests to bring a maximum two dogs per unit. Dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are prohibited from entering our parks. There is an additional charge of between £50-60 per stay to bring up to two pets in your holiday caravan, depending on the park you are visiting. For tent, touring caravan and motorhome pitches, there is an additional charge of £3 per night, per pet. A maximum of two pets per pitch are permitted in the tent, touring caravan or motorhome.
Guide dogs assisting visually impaired or special needs guests are exempt from these charges; please advise accordingly at time of booking. Pets must be kept on a lead, under control of a reasonable adult, wear a collar with identity tag and not be left unattended. Pet owners are responsible for keeping their pets under control and must be considerate to other holiday guests at all times.
Use of Accommodation:
At the end of your holiday please ensure you leave your accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for any damage to your caravan during your stay. Peter Bull Holiday Resorts Ltd. reserves the right to enter your accommodation under special circumstances or emergencies.
You are responsible for any personal possessions on the park, in your car or accommodation. Peter Bull Holiday Resorts Ltd. is unable to accept liability for any loss or damage during your holiday period.
We reserve the right to alter or withdraw amenities, facilities or any activities without prior notice where reasonably necessary due to repairs, maintenance, weather conditions and circumstances beyond our control. Opening times may be limited outside the main holiday season. Certain facilities and activities are subject to an additional cost. Certain facilities have age restrictions. Some facilities may be restricted to peak periods only, please check at the time of booking.
The speed limit on our parks is 5mph and must be adhered to at all times. Where applicable, vehicles may be parked next to the holiday accommodation provided.
Our parks are primarily used by families and children; therefore we ask that you and all party members are respectful of this. Any noisy, offensive or inappropriate behaviour or actions likely to cause harm or offence to other guests or members of staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person deemed by the management team not to comply with these standards of behaviour. Please note we operate CCTV cameras for crime prevention and safety reasons.
We will do everything possible to provide you with an acceptable standard of accommodation. However, if there is a problem please report it immediately to Reception when remedial action, as appropriate, will be taken. We will endeavour to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If we are unable to resolve the problem we will move you to an alternative unit in a similar or upgraded category. If, at the end of your holiday, you feel that we have not dealt with your complaint satisfactorily, please write to the Park Manager and send your email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 28 days of your return. You will then receive acknowledgement allowing us 14 days to investigate. Peter Bull Holiday Resorts Ltd. cannot accept any liability in relation to any shortcomings or claim of whatever nature, if you fail to notify us of any complaint during your holiday, allowing us the opportunity to resolve any issues to your satisfaction whilst you are with us.
In accordance with the UK licensing act, alcohol can only be sold to persons aged 18 or over. Proof of age identification may be requested when purchasing alcohol.
Information held by the company in relation to your booking is held securely on our computer system and dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act. By providing us with this information, you are deemed to accept and agree to our terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the person who made the booking to ensure that the rest of the party are aware of, and agree to, these terms and conditions. We will not disclose this information outside our company or to our agents and contactors unless legally required to do so or for the purposes of crime prevention. These terms and conditions are correct at time of publication and may be subject to change.
