You probably have a lot of questions about holiday home ownership with PBHR, in order to assess whether we’re right for you. We’ve put together a list of frequently asked questions and answers to provide you with the information you need. How much does a typical holiday home with PBHR cost?
Peter Bull Holiday Resorts have a wide selection of new and pre owned holiday homes to suit a range of budgets. Our caravan holiday homes start from around £17,995 and our luxury lodges from £89,995. To browse holiday homes we currently have available, please click here
When can I use my holiday home?
Because our parks are open all year round to owners, you can use your holiday home during any month of the year. The maximum stay at any one time is 28 consecutive days. Please remember, our parks are not residential so you cannot live in them.
How much are your site fees and running costs?
These costs can vary depending on which park you choose, but typically our site fees are £2,880 (incl. VAT) per year. Water, gas and electric costs are also billed annually:

What if you don't have the make/model I'm looking for in stock?
We have a wide range of new and pre owned holiday homes in stock to choose from which you can browse here
. However, if you are looking for a particular make/model that we do not currently have, we can order it in for you.
Can I live in my holiday home?
Unfortunately our holiday parks are not residential; when purchasing a holiday home with us, we ask you to provide proof of your residential address.
What is and what isn’t included in the cost of buying a holiday home with PBHR?
When buying with us, the price of your holiday home includes site fees and water/gas/electric rates for the first year, plus fees for siting and connections and safety checks.
Do I have to pay a deposit to secure my holiday home?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your holiday home and chosen pitch - the deposit price is dependant on the price of the holiday home being purchased. Full payment is then required within 14 days of purchase, unless other arrangements have been made.
How can I pay for my holiday home?
We accept BACS transfer, banker's draft, credit or debit cards. We also have finance solutions available to help you buy in partnership with Blackhorse Finance. See for more information about how to apply for finance.
Do you provide holiday home insurance?
We can arrange holiday home insurance on your behalf, just let us know if you require this.
Is my holiday home covered by a warranty?
Yes! For brand new holiday homes there is a minimum 12 month warranty, and for pre owned it's 3 months.
I currently own a holiday home on another park and would like to move it to one of your parks, can you help?
Yes, we offer a park relocation service and can arrange for your current holiday home to be transferred to a Peter Bull Holiday Resorts park. Please contact us

I currently own a touring caravan and want to upgrade to a holiday home, can you help?
Absolutely! We offer a minimum part exchange of £1,500 for your existing tourer. It's best to talk to our Holiday Home Ownership team for more information about part exchanges.
Do I need a TV license for my holiday home?
No, providing you already have one at your residential address.
Who can use my holiday home?
Your holiday home can be used by family and friends or people who are privately letting your holiday home.
Can I bring my pet along?
Of course! All our parks are pet friendly so feel free to bring them along. All we ask is to be respectful of other guests on park and to keep your pet under control at all times. Please note, some dogs under the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.
Can I add features to my holiday home such as decking and fences?
Yes, we can arrange this for you upon buying your holiday home.
